Guidelines
You will need to assess the current trends and explain the detailed processes in negotiations to procure goods and services in the airline industry.

You have studied the skills necessary to negotiate a contract successfully. You are now required to demonstrate those skills as part of a team. You should form a team of 3 (or 4) and prepare for a negotiation to procure jet fuel EITHER as the buyer OR as the seller (to be agreed with another team of 4). If you wish your negotiation to be for the supply of another product /service related to Air Transport, then please discuss with the lecturer.

Guidelines
You should:-
As a team, hand in on the day of the negotiation a Contract Negotiation Plan (2-3000 words) detailing the 5 essential elements:
(1) selected contract negotiation strategies;
(2) selected contract negotiation tactics and countertactics;
(3) desired terms & conditions;
(4) list of ‘must haves’; and
(5) selected pricing range. (15 marks)

You should include a List of References identifying all of your sources.
